b. E-liquids and opened coils are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

a. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

b. We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage before authorizing a return.

b. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
